Discovering great locations

You can find great locations everywhere. This is the one and only emerald mine that exist in Norway. I went there while I was creating a Miranda story; The Emerald Mine, and it was hugely inspiring to se that place. See image under, from that story...
This cave was left many years ago, it lay by a lake, on a farmer´s land. It held open for tourists, you had to pay a little money to walk in. Then you could see a small house filled with newspaper articles about the mine, and examples of emeralds. You couldn´t take away stones from the cave, but you could search for emeralds around it, on a small stony beach. I found a couple of pebbles with green dots in it. I was happy with that.
The lake and the wood around the cave was beautiful. It was a great experience.
